Are RTMs built cheaply?
It’s important to look at the structure! It’s possible that a ready-to-move home could be constructed poorly with cheap components. But at Jory Taylor Homes, we build homes that often exceed onsite builds in many ways.
- our floors are reinforced to handle rides down the road
- when sheeting walls, we take care so everything’s tied together in the best possible way
- we use high wind-rated shingles so they stay on going down the road
- when drywalling, we’re careful with screw placement to reduce cracks from travel, which will also reduce cracks in the future
